Have you grown them all from seed or are you able to buy plants in S F? Could you post a close pic of the biggest one, it looks really interesting? Sounds like you gave the good temps for growing them, we are barely Into double digits C here at the moment, been snowing again today! All my DR's are housebound and g/h bound x365days, but they don't mind:)

Well hello stranger! So great to see you again. Is the giant beauty in the center the one that landed in the swimming pool? What a COMEBACK! Amazing. Your trees from Lucky Sumo look fantastic. So glad to see you surface. Nobody has been updating the spreadsheet so I think you are ok.

We will hopefully grow another batch of something fascinating this Spring or Summer.

Those are amazing! When I used to grow them from seed at a garden center where I worked, we were always happy if half of them lived, so I think you're doing fine, especially without a special setup for them.

Hi Marica. Here is the red. I love it for it's sideways form and curly leaves too. I got this one for $16 at Home Depot. I got the pot at Living Sculpture Sanctuary along with the other "sideways" adenium with the double flower.

Hi Tracy! Yes, that's the one that fell in the pool! A few of those long roots did rot so they are like suspended above the rocks LOL. It's OK because I'll trim them all eventually. I only got the one purple one from Lucky Sumo. I bought a pot there for the red one I already had. I passed by the front of it the other day an he is open for business as Living Sculpture Sanctuary. He put a big red pagoda like structure at the entrance to go with the Asian Zen thing. I really need to go there again. It looks beautiful. This is the one I got from there.

And I got this little cutie from Home Depot as well for $8. It's only about 8 inches tall but it will grow into a beauty. I've been looking for a white one. This one has a bit of a yellow throat and some light pick blush at the ends but it's as close to white as I've seen around here.

Hi I'm new to this forum, that big one I think has gorgeous caudex to me and the form is perfect. glad you didn't throw this beauty to the trash. I only have a handful of these adeniums.

Your plants look awesome. I like the natural look of large caudexes. Since that pot tapers so severely as it goes down, the caudex is shaped that way, so if you lifted it at every repot; it might look weird. I wonder if instead of pruning the caudex, you could transplant it into an equally deep pot, but wider; lifting it 4 inch's or so and see if the lower caudex would fatten up. I know, easier said than done. Right?

Your weather allows them to bloom year around. So they don't go dormant?
