Upstairs thinking of going with a more casual honey colored wood (Pro Source Avienda Wiyot Hickory in Honey - in case anyone has input on this).re: game room/bar at top of stairs. The stairs are visible from entry so would like to give them some pizzazz. Considering Valencia travertine tile on risers but then not sure what to do with treads. Do I leave the small landing at the bottom as is or tile it? Thanks!
