It was a combination of a few stain colors that was custom made for the client.

What brand/manufacturer of stain did you use for the door and above the windows? Lovely against the white!

I keep hearing that we're crazy for considering painting brick, but it's lovely here. Do you find that it requires a lot of upkeep? Did you do anything special to ensure it didn't trap moisture?

Lindsey - you are not crazy! We LOVE painted brick! It is a very popular thing to do right now. And can easily update your house! As far as painting and maintaining- it requires it as often as siding. The paint serves as the moisture barrier on the outside of the brick.
