Yikes! Hope the stain comes out. Loved that quilt!

What a shame. Sorry, Theresa. I hope the stain comes out. I always send quilts with a tracking capability and a signature required. It's not as convenient for the recipient, but I feel better about it.

I had the chance to sleep under this quilt last week when we were in NH. DIL did soak the stained corner and I could not see any marks. She thought the red binding may have bled a bit, but I couldnt find it.

I also learned that even though the quilt was in a plastic bag, that bag must be closed, taped, securely.

Glad to hear the stain was able to be removed, Theresa. I sometimes send something valuable to a business where one of the kids work rather than their home. They all work in an office, so there's always someone there when delivered. It's my job to make sure it gets there during the week and not week-ends. lol

it's sometimes less expensive to send to a business than a house. Don't know why but I remember that from when we had the store.
