I think it would look fine if the pole was cut in half, for that kind of lighting it seems too long. You house looks beautiful though.

Can you post a picture of the whole front of your house? The pendant appears way too small in scale.

Any problems with wind?

Yes. It can get very windy. Here is picture of front of house before we put up the pendant. I tend to agree about it being too small. I had envisioned it larger.

Also, here are the same fixtures two inches smaller on side of house. I am loving them. No they dont come any larger than the one on front and yes my husband will have a fit if I ask him to do a gooseneck instead. Installing this pendant was very diffficult for him and it was on my insistance because I loved this fixture but thought it was larger
