My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Those Oak floors look like they have a custom stain color applied on site.

    Hottentizer,

    The floors have a 3 part custom duraseal stain mix. We do not have the formula to share with you. I will ask our floor installer and see if we can get that answer for you.
