Boxwood growing in containers

I'm planning to sell the house in 2 years and wanted to get a slight head start on the shrubs. Zone 7 region. Can one grow box woods (green velvet) in fabric pots like the root pouch and leave them outside during the winter all year long. Or it's ~doable~ as long as I bring them into the garage for the winter season ?

In zone 7, these should be fine outside during winter. Although with fabric pots, I'd be inclined to mulch around them heavily or heel then into a pile of mulch just for the winter. But no need to bring them inside, even into a garage.
