I would paint it white and it looks like your side tables are green, but your comforter has blue in it? Have you considered distressing them in blue and you could add a thin white trim?

A few months ago I asked what color to paint tables....everyone said green. Yes I do have blue in the comforter, and in my dressers, I would prefer not to paint blue, I was thinking of taking a thin piece of plywood behind the scroll area, painted blue, then the headboard silver, or white.

The green is a lovely color, it just doesn't tie into anything. What you could do is add some green/blue/white pillows. I wouldn't use plywood - just paint the headboard white - which will compliment your comforter (there is no grey in your room and you'll be adding one more color). Once you have your headboard up, the little mirror on the right may feel busy and the small wall on the right may be a good spot instead. I just placed a similar mirror off to the side of my daughter's bed and with it being small, it looked better on a smaller wall.

Go white with the headboard. That will be the least obtrusive. Lots of silver paint has a flat look which won't look like the other silver tones you have in the room now.

The comforter has green in it...green stripe and reverses to the green.
