what is the flow rate on this faucet?

i live in CA, flow rate must be less than 2.2gpm to comply with drought standards. The current models of this faucet are all made at 1.8 gpm, but there are older faucets floating around. And I don't want to get stuck with one! or have to pay return shipping to ship back to you--thanks!
