Hi! Thanks for your question. This fixture was originally purchased from Lofings Lighting in Sacramento. It's a chandelier from Philips Lighting, the "Fisher Island" collection. Unfortunately this shade style is discontinued, but a similar look is available from this link I've attached. Good luck
