Please do not paint the brick! Brick in it's natural state is almost maintenance free. That changes when you paint the brick and you will have to repaint it about every 4 years. Fresh paint on the house siding always makes a huge difference. Since your brick is peachy and the roof looks like it may be about the same color, you could paint the siding sage green, charcoal gray, black, or navy blue. You could paint your front door a vibrant color like red, yellow, green, or blue. Your landscaping looks great!

If it were my home, I would not want any color contrast between the brick and siding. Having two different colors merely emphasizes the current dated look which you are trying to ameliorate.

I would also live in the house for a while before making any changes. Renovations are more thoughtful when allowed time to percolate before implementation.

Thanks everyone for the input. I'm going to heed the advice and wait a little before making changes. I really like the idea of a mushroom greenish color and a new front door for sure.

That tuft of a plant in the middle of the front yard is oddly placed. I'd remove it.

I would paint the blue a light tone of the brick. Then I would paint all the trim, the garage door and the front door dark. I don't mean pink, but an off white which would coordinate with and soften the pink brick...which I like for a change.

Try BM Collingwood. The dark color BM suggests for Collingwood is Night Shade. Love the combo.

The brick is the best part. The house is what it is. The blue siding is the problem. A nice cream/tan from the bricks for the siding color would pull together the brick and roof. A grander front door and much larger wall lamps on the garage. It looks very simple and clean. If you fuss it up it will be sad.

I would also go for a blending color with the natural brick. Wait for at least six months, but you could start with a new door first. Try eggplant.

I agree not to rush but you can certainly daydream about possible colors. I like BM Herbal Escape with your color brick.

Plum door would be nice. I marked a few plants that I think should be removed.

The blue is overpowering taking away the elegance of your home. New and larger light fixtures. The front door needs molding around it to give it strength. You could include the lights on the molding. This will draw the eye towards the front door. Your home is lovely but first get rid of the blue.

Yes, paint the brick! We had the exact same brick. When we bought the house the previous owners had painted the siding peach to match the brick. It faded to pink and was hideous. We painted our brick 15 yrs ago. Last year we repainted because the siding needed it, not the brick.

Not sure that I would paint your interesting brick. The blue has to go.
