Siam has some nice stuff they just got to big for their britches and don't ever answer. I love to read their site.

I just don't like the tall versions, Thin and tall seems out of proportion IMHO Interesting to see though

The Thai Soco's generally have a longer trunk/caudex on them as in the first photo. Others have had some human intervention to acquire this taller caudex. For myself, this tall tower type is not very attractive. I do not mind a nicely shaped caudex as on the Somalense. My own opinion.

Yeah. There are a select few tower forms that taper well and have dense canopies 1/3 to 1/2 the height that look fantastic, but most don't look like that.
