My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

love the pavers and shingles

What type/model pavers and shingles did you use? I'm about to do a makeover on our cape code home (in NJ) and she could use some love. :)

    Thanks for asking. The pacers are a concrete modular paver by Belgard. " Lafitte". The shingles are cedar and weathered. No paint but most likely a preservative penetrating stain by Cabot. This is very typical for the Cape.
