I am leaning towards number 2 ... get that pink blooming tree planted and wow, that front combo looks like some curb appeal eye candy to me :)

Prefer the second -- blue -- colors to the alternatives shown but I don't really like the idea of light blue steps and would prefer a somewhat darker -- steel blue gray -- for the exterior wall myself. Also, the exterior area below the front porch floor level needs to be a darker color than the exterior above it.

Something close to these two blues go well with a light brown. Reasonably certain you could find the colors for exterior paint.

You might consider using a sealer -- such as CWF for decks -- on the steps and leave them with a natural finish and then paint all the window and door trim and the floor of the porch and the exterior wall below the porch level a light to medium shade of brown that would blend with the natural finish of the steps.

#1. No matter what colour you choose your house will always be the red house. :)

I like the purple, but would probably do a different color stairs. Either a very pale yellow or perhaps a dark grey.
