We have 2 Gronomics raised beds. The first one is 2 years old like yours. The 2nd we just assembled and poured the soil to make ready for herb planting this weekend. To tell you the truth, I like how the ceder weathers to the grey color. But if you don't, give the wood a light sanding first and then apply the oil. It may not bring it back to its' original ceder color, but it will make it look better.
