I just bought a couple of everbearing mulberries in Atlanta Ga and was told it would fruit from April into fall I don't have enough experience yet to know for sure, but it will probably depend where you live, what state are you in or zone? and what type mulberry do you have and someone might be able to answer.

I have the ho'o variety and I'm zone 7A. The plant is almost a year old.

It is true they only produce berries once a year, with the emergence of new growth in spring. However, the berries can ripen over an extended period.

For mulberries, everbearing usually means a long ripening season, such as June to September, depending on where you are. My "black beauty" trees produce July through September here in 6b, but most others are in fruit here only for a few weeks around the end of June.

Illinois Everbearing will produce, in diminishing waves, for about 6 weeks here. Bulk of fruits are produced in the first couple of weeks.

M.alba & M.rubra selections produce one crop, ripening over a couple weeks' timeframe.

We have a morus Alba 4 years old. Got a bumper crop in 3rd and 4th year. And surprisingly had a very small crop in the 4th year during fall. We live in Australia, so we had some fruit produced in March/April. It was just so weird. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes mine seems to spurt twice a year. i thought it was strange
