Help with Fertilizing Transplants

So I'm relatively new to starting vegetables from seed. Right now, I have a bunch of tomatoes, peppers, and herbs which I've transplanted from my seed tray into plastic transplant pots (about 5" diameter and 3.75" inch in height) which I've filled with potting soil.

After about two weeks of slow growth (they look pretty healthy and are developing more true leaves, but at a pretty slow pace) I decided to pick up some Miracle-Gro "Quick Start Planting and Transplanting Starting Solution", and followed the directions such as diluting it with water.

However, it wants me to use a full cup (I was skeptical and used a half cup, which drenched a few plants I was just testing it out, this happened a couple of days ago so I don't know when I should see them start to take off, but they look fine).

My question is: should I just go for it and fertilize the rest of my plants, or use less since they're in relatively small pots? Or maybe even use something else entirely...
