If that is your only option then it will work much better than nothing but I'd put the uprights closer together - like no more than 3' apart and closer if you have enough. Then I'd run a couple of angled guy wire-type lines (know what I mean?) out to stakes in the ground to keep it from falling forward as the weight develops. On your zip tie wraps double them up in X pattern to keep them from sliding.

For future ref rather than chain link consider a cattle panel arch for them.

Much stronger than a straight line of bamboos would be a double line with a ridge pole. If you push the poles in vertically and then pull them into the centre for the ridge pole there is tension and resistance which makes a very strong frame which doesn't fall over in a wind. It's what I use for runner beans. Like this

flora, that is what in my mind for my pole beans. The other thing to consider is to plant the luffa less densely, like every 5'. Or interplant with pole beans.
