Leggy middle aged jade

I have a neglected jade my mom gave me. From top of pot about 14" tall. Four established stalks from the soil. Nicely branched out, but "leggy". Where/what should i trim to make it grow bushier and more healthy looking? There are a few branches that have a few segments with no leaves/stems. My old phone hasnt enough memory to post a pic, im sorry. Thanks in advance for any nugget of info.

It is difficult to advise on where to prune without seeing it.Could you have someone take a photo for you and post?

I am not sure what you mean by ..."There are a few branches that have a few segments with no leaves/stems"... Did branches/stems lost their leaves?

If it is leggy, that usually means it wasn't receiving enough light. Can you change that? If not, regardless if you cut it or not, it will keep growing the same way.

Impossible to give pruning advice without a picture of the plant...multiple pictures, in fact.
