I have hard wood floors that are in bad shape. I would like to know if this can be used on hard wood floors and get the same effect?

This type of flooring is only recommended over concrete.

it can be done(usually over plywood that is sound and screwed down, opposed to nailed) but your hardwood floor must be sound and solid prior to installing the epoxy.

Can this kind of epoxy be applied over a hand painted UPcycled doors table? http://visualsenses.smugmug.com/Nature-in-its-many-splendors/My-KALE-forest-and-organic/13595110_78GD5j#!i=1583177688&k=9NgfGNs It is outside and I have applied mat varnish against the rain. But still it does not seem to do it 100% . I'd like to give it a transparent treatment mat or gloss that will keep water 100% away. Would epoxy do that?

Yes look into a intercoat primer and a uv resisant clear epoxy thats the most important.

I stained, sealed and waxed my concrete floors in the basement. I hate the color and imperfections. Could I do a colored epoxy over or would I have to grind down or strip off the sealant?

Amanda - You should be able to sand it and cover it with a colored epoxy if you like.

Amanda - You will have to strip the wax prior to sanding and apply the epoxy. This can typically be done with a concentrated degreaser.
