Those are the Boston Swing arm light from Visual Comfort, but we would not recommend these lights - the arms have proven to be quite unstable.

I can attest to the instability with the light's swing arms, I have them above windows in my kitchen. You can sort of see it in this picture, the lights slope away from the wall due to the front end weight. It's a bit more pronounced in person.
