Looks like two screws and there is two stand offs which hold the pulls away from the drawer face. If you wanted to make it flush, you can drill (countersink) the standoffs into the drawer front and use a shorter screw from behind to fasten it tight.

If it is softwood, the prong typically will push
into the wood when the pull is installed and the screw is tightened. If it is
hardwood, you will need to go up a few sizes for the drill bit and create
larger holes for the prongs.
