Paint the stucco to match the trim on the windows or even a bit darker.

Stucco and siding was a very popular finish in the 50’s and 60’s I think if you paint the stucco a color that works with the color you choose for siding so it blends the aprt that bugs me the most is the right side of the entry where the window meets the siding is that an opticl illusion or am I seeing it right.The windows definately need replacing and landscaping will have to be done to improve curb appeal I would also enlarge the entry landing maybe even a deck all across the front and a MCM front door with glass

I would paint the siding dark brown so it looks more like dark wood and paint the stucco a lighter color in the same family.
