My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Window trim color?

What color is the trim on the windows? Is it just a standard black for window frames? I keep coming back to this house because the colors are great.

    Thank you for the question. The windows are Andersen 100 series and are black. The trim is Benjamin Moore Titanium. I hope this helps.

    I also keep coming back to this house. Love the colors. I was hoping to see how the patio doors transition from grey exterior frames to white interior (I assume). Where these ordered this way, or did you change it onsite.
