There is an entire animation team involved in the production of this TV show; there are most likely several software programs involved including a CAD-based drawing program and Photoshop. Chief Architect has a variety of drawing programs (at a variety of prices); and there are any number of cheaper, quick-and-easy ones available.

Our CKD told me about the free version of SketchUp, which I used during our K reno. Free version probably not suitable for pros. Joanne Gaines uses pro version of SketchUp in her presentations. They've also recently been doing animation, which doesn't look like SketchUp.

SketchUp can use VRay as a render engine, which is quite capable of achieving some of those looks. https://www.chaosgroup.com/vray/sketchup

Hello, dears

I also look for a way that makes video animation of how to locate furniture in the home for interior design.

i really need your guid

Hi. You can go to a local architectural rendering firm in your city and give them floor plans and elevations for the space you are looking to complete. I work for a studio like this. The software property brothers uses is likely 3ds Max or Lumion that is then animated. This is not cheap...we charge between 12k and 15k for animations (which is the going rate in some cities) per minute. If you want a photorealistic rendering then expect to pay anywhere from $400 to $2000 depending on the complexity of the work (custom furniture, millwork, etc) and the software that is used.

If you are doing light space planning you may be able to hire a freelance 3d modeler to do a loose sketchup drawing for you for less but it will likely have stock furniture. Custom will cost more.

Hey Darlene, I actually love doing 3d renderings and design to help people visualize layouts and spaces. Let me know if you are interested and we can get started.

Looking forward,
