Window screen replacements

We have a 1929 house with original pull-down window screens that were unfortunately painted over by previous owners and are now all stuck. Does anyone know of a quality replacement company for the pull-down screens? I've tried removing paint and its just a mess (?lead too). I've tried Pella but they won't replace unless the windows are Pella which they are not. Thanks!
