Thoughts on these backsplashes (updated)?

You all did such a wonderful job of helping me with my last backsplash dilemma. I am down to these two backsplashes as my final choices. I am presenting each choice with the cabinet color (not style), granite selection, and flooring. Appliances will be stainless steel as will the sink.

This is choice A. I like this because while it is still a neutral biscuit color that coordinates with the almond cabinets, I like the large tiled look, the thicker grout, and the shiny texture. I think against the granite it would really pop and make the granite the focus, and provide a contrast to the cabinet material. Additionally, it would be much easier to clean. The downside is cost. I also wonder if it would be too much shiny with the granite and the counter?

This is choice B. The positives to this one is that interest is in the differing shades of beige/cream in the tiles. I like that the color is a blend of light and dark. It is a simple subway tile, classic look. It is also much cheaper than choice A. The downside is that the texture of the tile kind of blends in with the cabinet, and I'm slightly afraid that the differing colors in the tiles might draw attention away from the countertop.

For better comparison here are both together:

Appreciate any thoughts or things I should consider.
