My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your comment. This is 3/4" French Oak flooring with a custom finish. The price really varies on local availability and cost of labor.

      Can anyone tell me what finish in The French Collection this most closely resembles?

      I just did my white oak, select grade, floors in Rubio Monocoat finish. Google the product, as it comes in 20+ shades. Cotton White looks much like this. It's easy to apply, seals the wood, and is very easy to touch up if it becomes marred. Matte finish.
