is this area hot/cold, does he keep blinds closed? etc. Do you want color other than green etc? Is this boss male/female? Do you want hanging plant or floor plant? All in all, you can't go wrong with spider plant or pothos for office areas.

Or, if you don't like the boss, you could get a cactus. ;-). (Just kidding, don't dog me out.)
