Hi Everyone,

I am about to help my family build our dream house. the proposed site is a 1012 square meter property (1/4 acre) it is a perfect rectangular plot facing south. We are a big family of a six so we definitely are planning to build a double story. We would like each level to stay below 300 square meters in regards to built up space. The style we are all terribly in love is with the HAMPTONS. The clean simple elegant designs is what we all dream to recreate for our dream home. However there is one problem. We do not know where to start. we have got so many ideas, but don't know who really specializes in homes of our specification and design. We are located in Perth Australia. So if any of you know of any one or worked with a professional and would like to recommend please do as we really want to kick start this very exciting project!
