My guess would be custom you might be able to DIY this look if you covered the back of a 60’ dresser with a solid panel to match if you have a king bed it will be a little trickier

This combination bed and dresser look custom made! You will either have to make one yourself or find someone to make this for you.

You can fake it though! My husband & I had a huge bedroom in our loft & used hollow core doors as a partition. We screwed them to the backs of our dressers that faced the closet, creating a similar effect. The doors were painted in an accent color & acted as a room divider/ headboard. The dressers faced the built in closet area. The cost was cheap bc hollow core doors are cheap. When we moved to a house with tiny rooms, we left this for the new owners & they LOVED it.

Oh, you can get doors in a variety of widths to suit your needs.

Will you have floor outlets for reading lamps/alarm clocks/etc? if your master bedroom is on a 2nd floor, or on the first floor with a raised foundation - you can put those on your list of needs, if you are going to float your bed this way.

I agree with the above posters - it's likely a custom dresser/headboard made specifically for those rooms.

We do have a couple of upholstered beds that have the option of the back of the headboard to be upholstered - so you can float it out in the room. I have also used a drapery between a floated bed and dresser which worked well, without having to have furniture custom made.
