Looking for opinions on kitchen flooring

Hey everyone, as the title says I'm looking for a little extra help on deciding what to do with the kitchen flooring. I just picked up some samples today from Menards and want to see what you all have to say. Would really like to go with some kind hardwood/laminate flooring that I have in the picture. Any help/opinions is definitely appreciated!

Is everything else in your kitchen staying as is or are you changing anything else? That would be good to know. Thanks,

It seems as though the lights went off....... I certainly don't mean this to be rude, but it is far to dark. Keep the colors you love, just lighten them up a little. The flooring would look better in a color similar to the blinds................

have you thought of changing your counter top- im thinking if it was a creamy white quatz with some grey highlites it would brighten the your room and tie into the back splash into the overall look you might not have to change the floors - the blind could be worked in to match

Given the choices you gave i would definetly go with the lightest color, the others are too close to the cabinet color.

I would go with the third from the left, second for the right. I think it should be closer to a match. Hard to tell with the lighting. Pic on left cabinets look a bit more cherry than other pic.

I think you should match with the cabinets based on the backsplash.

I say keep the floor tile and paint the walls a different color. Wood and kitchens do not mix well, regardless of what you hear.

I had wood in my floor and ripped it up. I do agree I did not like the wood but I know a lot of people who have it. It did not feel comfortable having a wood floor in a kitchen.

I'm about to rip the wood out of our kitchen installed 13 years ago. I'm thinking either a large, rectified tile or wood look porcelin tile next.

I had a lot of dark wood furniture and my hubby talked me into the light wood floor when we redid our living room! It was sooo nice and kept the room feeling more spacious! I am glad i listened to him...he was right! I have wood laminate in my kitchen now and it is wonderful! Easy care and looks nice!

Also, your kitchen is beautiful! I love the colors!!! Very nice!!

Definitely a lot of different good opinions and options, thanks again! As far as paint goes, it's not going anywhere. It's just been painted twice in the last month. The other color before this made us wanna spew lol. And I do agree the trim, window blind and baseboard should be changed/looked at also. Tile might be a possibility, for now we were thinking it would be nice to have something different then the bathroom.
