Love the light and paint color. Drapes on window need to always come to the floor, and fuller add panels. A rond table in a dark wood, with fabric chairs, high back, in a print with color. Pick accent color. The kwiw green or turquoise is a good choice or touch of red. When rooms are small good to keep accent color at a min.i would change panels on window to white. All trim in white. A silver bowl with green apples always make statement as centerpiece on dining rm table. Kep all furn in same wood tone.

Add area rug under table, if using round. Make sure it's large enough to have all furn sitting on it, and when chairs are pushed back still on rug.

On kitchen window put a pleated shade, lowes carries a nice one get in white. Measure window on inside. Lowes will cut.

Add 2 or 3 bar stools something in chrome and black or white leather, very contemporary .

Your art work should be large hung low. No more than 4-5" above furn. I like the idea of backsplash. I would go glass vertical tile in the shades of grays and black. East to install. Check lowes and Home Depot. Good price. Don't put a lot clutter in kitchen counter. Keep sleek low profile objects.

I would paint the cabinets black, add a stunning white marble backsplash, and then add a few pops of colour & pattern in the art, curtains to the floor, and the bar stools. Another great way to add a pop of colour is to paint the door (inside and outside). Another option to consider - wallpapering the walls, or the front of the bar.

Simple add on. On the backsplash and face of bar you could use a glass tile from Arizona tile called WC Wheatfield. It has some black,blue anf beige mix. It would blend it all together.

To the bar area, I've added bright red gloss bar stools.
