My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks like site finished Oak. There will not be a make and model.

    Now that I see that it's a point grey in Vancouver Reno you're right--it's a tune-up. I'm looking for a pre finished product (can be engineered) with minimal flat grain of similar colouring or slightly golden oakish; satin finish and no fake distressing. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Hi There yes it is a site finished oak. There are so many different types of floor out there. Kentwood makes many types of amazing floors.
