Is Babylon Red considered dinnerplate? I read mixed info online. Also, do they bloom early and prolifically?

I would say, the flowers were 5 to 6 inches. So, not dinnerplate. Perhaps if disbudded, you might get larger flowers. I did not disbud.

They were in bloom in early June, probably because they were grown in a pot - which would warm up the potting mix more than growing them in ground. I would say the number of flowers was about normal. I left the pot outdoors over the winter, so I am not sure they will return.
