My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It looks a lot like Site Finished Red Oak in Plain Sawn.

    Thanks! Oak & Broad is correct, it is Red Oak. This project
    was a full home renovation, they had existing oak floors from years ago, we
    reused the oak and refinished it to a natural stain AND of course installed new
    to match as the existing oak was not installed on the entire main floor.
