Is it heated or just 3 season?

How good is that glass for winter living? And is the roof_deck slanted for run-off?

Hi jeleeper, when we completed this project in 2009, this 3 season room was not heated and we just put screens in, not glass. The home owners may have added glass afterwards, I am not sure. The rubber roof under the 2nd floor deck is pitched, but the actual deck is not pitched. I hope that helped answer your questions, feel free to let us know if you have any more!

Thanks, yes, helpful. I'm interested in a 4 season sunny space, however. I do like that upper deck though.

I agree! Having a 4 season sunny space in New England is a great idea. Being able to soak up the sun even during the winter months is very nice.
