Need help with dining room

Would like to keep wall color and rug if possible. Both pictures are up to try to choose between. Red curtains? (Tablecloth hung up here)

Different frames? Need help! Thanks

Your rug is a tad small. It should be large enough that when you scoot the chairs back to get in and out, they should still be on the rug. Can you get a larger one and use this one somewhere else?

I would also reframe the art on the right to the same size as that on the left, then lower them both just a bit, to about 5" above the chair rail.

With your wall color, I'd consider a navy blue for curtains and rug.

Not red drapery, but the reddish color in the rug which has more depth than just red. A larger painting on the wall and if required, some type of sconces to coordinate with your chandelier. Nice room. Rug is a bit small, but I can see that you really can't go larger in the room.

Larger rug (neither is quite right, though; I'll look more if you're willing to change the rug) and navy curtains:

I also reframed and lowered the art. (Ignore the fact that the painting on the right is not yours. I had to replace it since someone painted your chandelier on the surface,)
