Need Help With Wrap-Around Deck.

I'm looking to use the space in the corner of my beach house deck (scheduled to be power washed next week). The space is too small for chaise lounge, hammock or hammock swings. I don't want any seating to be facing the house. The dimensions and layout of the space is shown in light blue, not to scale, and in a photo below.

    How about an herb garden in a tiered planter, or other plants and flowers in pots? Or maybe a nice fountain or bubbler water feature.
