My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi Gabriella, we actually used a white stain to achieve this Color. We tested a number of options but loved the result of the white the best. Glad you like it...cheers

      I don't think it was Black Walnut. There is a picture near the end of this project which shows the floor partially sanded, so you might be able to tell from that.

      I looked at those photos again. I am 99.9% sure thats real American Black Walnut. Here is a similar photo of ours with an oiled finish. :-D
