How do you clean stockbridge espresso matte finish tile?

We just had this put in a bedroom. We were instructed to wait 72 hrs and then mop to remove haze from grouting. The tile had smudges on it that I can't get off with water. This tile is supposed to go in three other places, but
if it I can't get the smudges off, I don't want this going in the other rooms and having the floor look like the current room. How do I get rid of the smudges and not ruin the tile? Please help. Donna

How do you like the tile so far? Thinking of putting this in our foyer and dining room. How is clean up, do you have any issues with chipping?

I know that this post is a bit old, but we are thinking about getting this flooring after a nightmare flooring situation with bamboo and moisture (we live in Florida). The bamboo floors are beautiful and it pains me to get rid of them, but are buckling and warping- they have to go! Since we have had such a horrible experience with the last floor I am really trying to get some insight and do some research before making any final decisions. How has this held up for you and what color grout did you use?
