Is this mint?

I recently moved house and I found this bunch of pretty little plants in the garden, in a rock flower bed. I think it's mint because of the shape and position of the leaves. Can anyone identify this plant? And what type of mint is it, if it is mint. Btw I'm located in Northern Europe if that helps :D

No, it's not mint. It's Oregano. It will flower with pink/purple blooms. Best used dried. It is perennial and may well reseed too.

Looking at the leaves, I agree with Floral_uk.z. Pick a leaf, rub it between your fingers and then smell your fingers and the leaf - the oil from the leaf will help you identify the herb if you're unsure. Mint has a distinctive scent.
