My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Which soft-close drawer glides?

We had our builder install soft-close drawer glides in our kitchen with awful results. The drawers are extremely hard to open - a strength-training class is in order to get them open. I'd like to have them replaced but I'm not sure with which brand. Our builder's supplier only offers two options: one made in America and the other in China (couldn't provide me with names), but both are equally hard to use. Can you please recommend brands to me?
