Wall Covering / Backsplash help

Hi.

We are trying to figure out what we can put on this massive area have on our sink wall leading to our oven wall. Besides the standard backsplash, we have a one foot deep area from the end of the sink countertop to 90" ceiling and an area of 84" high (floor to ceiling) by 4' wide on next to the oven plus the sink wall. (We don't have to cover it but it seems to be screaming out to us to do so or it will just be drywall otherwise.)

We found a linear mosiac tile we liked but seemed very expensive considering the amount we need to finish it this way (65 sq ft!!). We like a more modern look and have considered solid glass backpainted backsplash as well as carrera white subway mosiac we just found (pictured in the photo). We just aren't finding the look we love and thought someone else might have a great idea.

Perimeter cabinets are to be a darker gray with the island cabinets in espresso. Countertop planned to be a Zodiaq coarse carrera - same walls and island.

Does anything come to mind that might look amazing here?
