I think the art piece is great. I would hang it on the wall. If I were you, I may pull in a muted coral to give some contrast, but keep the coastal theme.

There may be a bit too much turquoise, but just switching out the lamps would go a long way in correcting that.

How about going white for accessories and keeping the art?

Add a frame to the canvas, it will help it pop on the wall and break up some of the blue.

Love the art; definitely taking out the completing blues will make a world of difference! White, or whatever is the brightest color in the middle of the artwork, will help. Nice job!

I agree with White accessories and keeping the art. Your wall art, wall color, and pillows are bringing enough color to the space.

At the least I would suggest hanging it higher on the wall to get some distance between it and the couch/accessories. There is enough blue that it does blend in a bit too much. Could you consider putting a white plywood backboard behind the painting to give some contrast between it and the wall?

Yes, I missed that, there should be 5-6" between the bottom of the picture and the table. Placing it higher than that will not 'tie' it to the table visually. Good catch Norwood Architects.

Everything is very pretty, but too much all in one place. I'd try dispersing the candlesticks and floor lamp to another area of the house or at least the other side of the room (can't tell how big the room is). I also love the idea of bringing in a coral color, especially with that leather chair which has a sort of reddish hue (what I can see of it!).
