Island counter material?

I'm curious about what the counter is made of, and, given its length (I also wonder about the dimensions), whether there is a seam--and if so, how difficult it was to hide.

    Caesarstone Blizzard #2141. Island is 17'. Can't hide the seam, need to embrace the seam. Just ensure that you use a quality fabricator/installer.
