Question about Ladder

hi - on this product are you able to move the ladder up to the top shelf on the bookcase?

If so, when the ladder if moved to the top shelf how far is the depth?

Hi,

Unfortunately, this ladder doesn't go up and down. It is not made for the shelf on top. Thank You

Do you offer any white glove service (even through a third-party) so I don't have to put this together myself? Happy to pay a steep fee. I like the shelf very much. But I am a professor and writer--and a hopeless shelf builder. Please advise. Thank you very much.
