AGS Stainless offers a similar looking cable rail system. Its pre-fabricated specific to your project and shipped directly to you. The system is all stainless but can be powder coated in any color if the brushed stainless look doesn't fit your style.

The
railing you have pictured looks like a DIY job using miscellaneous parts that
weren't necessarily designed for architectural purposes. The fittings look
bulky and made up of several different parts.

Ultra-tec® offers a full line of fittings that
are designed and manufactured in the United States specifically for
architectural applications. Additionally, on that particular stairway, you
could potentially eliminate fittings with the use of corner tubes and
continue one run of cable around a turn.
