What are these?

The first I assume is some sort of sedum. A tiny piece was attached to a daisy I was given. It is fairly large now and needs moving. Just wondering about its eventual size.
And this just blew in from somewhere into my grass. Is it something I want to keep, elsewhere than my grass of course LOL?
