Hi watersco. Yes, you can install Fiberon composite decking in a ground-level application. You will still need to use a deck frame with below-ground support (cement footings), as well as support joists. You can also install our composite decking over a solid sub-structure such a concrete slab, or rooftop. This can be achieved using a sleeper system. In all of these applications, there must be adequate and unobstructed air flow under 50% of the
